The next meeting of the Cross Park Association will be held on Monday 3rd November 08, at 8.00pm in Allhallows Village Hall, Stoke Road, Allhallows. 

Everyone is welcome to attend.

1.   Welcome by the Chairman.

2.   Secretary’s Report.

3.   Treasurers Report.

4.   Agree constitution as laid out.

C O N S T I T U T I O N

Cross Park Association hereafter called CPA, shall be responsible to Allhallows Parish Council hereafter called APC, for the promotion and general control of Cross Park within the agreed terms laid down by APC. All insurance liabilities shall be the responsibility of APC. All assets including items purchased by CPA shall automatically become the sole property of APC.

• Voting shall be a simple majority show of hands with a minimum of 3 members to make a quorate.
• The number of Allhallows registered voters allowed to be a member of CPA shall not be limited. 
• The presiding chairman shall have a casting or extra vote to determine any ties.
• The Treasurer shall be responsible for controlling the bank account.
• There shall be 3 authorised signatures to the account with any 2 authorising the cheques.
• The Secretary will be responsible for printing and publishing all agendas and minutes of the meetings; also dealing with all correspondence in consultation with the chairman.
• An AGM shall be held each year in the month of April (new financial year).
• An independent auditor shall be appointed by CPA.
• The audited accounts shall be made available and printed in Allhallows Life each year.
• APC reserve the right to take back total control of the park should the need arise.
• All proposed facilities must be approved by APC.

5.   Items for suggestions for Cross Park following the last meeting.

(a) Bridle path  … (b) BMX section  …  (c) Children’s play area swings etc  …  (d) five a side football  …  (e) Cricket. Country type park theme (more trees)  …  (f) Concrete benches and tables (i.e. vandal proof) for picnic area. The Parish Council may agree to sponsor the first picnic bench and table.
