NOTICE
is hereby given that a Meeting of the Parish Council will be held at Allhallows
Primary School, Avery Way, Allhallows on Tuesday 8 February at 6.45 pm, to which
meeting Members are hereby summoned to attend. f necessary, the meeting will
be adjourned and will recommence on Tuesday 15 February 2005 at Allhallows Primary
School at 6.45 pm.
The meeting will be attended by Superintendent Stella Mercer, Area Commander,
North Kent Police
A Public Session will be held prior to the opening of the meeting. No motions
may be proposed nor decisions taken, but matters raised by the public may be
placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
